Usually It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Chinese holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, we may ship your order out on Tuesday or Wednesday). Some new products and popular products will need 5-10 business days to be produced.
Shipping service and delivery time:
For orders placed after February 2025, due to adjustments in U.S. tax policy, we are temporarily offering only standard shipping within 7-15 business days via USPS. If you would like expedited shipping, you will need to cover the additional costs. We hope you understand.
For orders to Canada, Australia, the UK, and other countries, expedited shipping is available for free when the order total exceeds $100.
For expedited shipping, Usually 3-6 business days via Fedex/DHL.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please write your correct email address and preferably your contact number so that we could contact you. Please don't provide us a P.O.box address. (Orders returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.)
